Eligibility for Returns
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your joiner arrives damaged or is defective (e.g., manufacturing flaw), we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
- Incorrect Item: If we send the wrong joiner (e.g., incorrect angle or model), we’ll send the correct one and cover return shipping for the incorrect item.
- Change of Mind: Due to on-demand production, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering. Please double-check your plane’s specifications before ordering.
Returns Process
- Contact Us: Reach out within 14 days of receiving your order via the Contact Us page. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Return Shipping: We’ll provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items). For non-eligible returns, you’ll need to cover return shipping costs.
- Inspection and Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it within 5 business days. If approved, we’ll ship a replacement within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Joiners that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
- Custom orders tailored to specific requirements (unless defective).
